About IAAPA Insurance Solutions

IAAPA Insurance Solutions is an insurance and risk management program endorsed by the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (“IAAPA”) and available to U.S.-based IAAPA members. The program is operated by Fortress Affinity Management, LLC and delivered through Higginbotham. IAAPA Insurance Solutions is not an insurance company. Insurance coverage is placed through licensed insurance producers with admitted and non-admitted (surplus lines) insurance carriers, depending on the class of risk.

No Offer of Insurance

The Resources on this Website are provided for general informational purposes only. Nothing on this Website is an offer to sell, a solicitation to buy, or a binder of insurance, and nothing on this Website modifies the terms of any insurance policy. Descriptions of coverage on this Website are summaries only. All coverage is subject to underwriting review, eligibility requirements, and the terms, conditions, limitations, and exclusions of the policy actually issued. Not all coverages, products, or services are available in all states or to all applicants. Submitting a quote request or any other information through this Website does not bind coverage; coverage is in force only when confirmed in writing by us or by the issuing insurance carrier.

Content on this Website, including articles in our Resource Library, does not constitute legal, tax, accounting, safety, engineering, or other professional advice. You should consult qualified professionals about your specific situation.
